Apollo RHF breaking trail solo in our first foot of snow for the year....
This is the time of year when we enjoy hacks in the snow and get young sale horses started in their early training. Mark Anthony RHF has just begun his ground work to prepare for his training this spring under saddle. Erte Bronze will begin her work under saddle, after her training in hand and gradual training tacked with side reins on the longe this past fall.
Col's Buffalo girl and her colt have been introduced to the herd to allow the colt to assimilate with his mother's guidance and protection; she will be leaving soon to begin the weaning process.
